NO water in the prepress process: No water needed to dilute chemistry or finishing gum, or to clean the plate processor. Also no water needed to rinse the plate.
NO energy usage: By eliminating the plate processing and the baking, you will be saving an average of 3.75 KWh.
NO chemistry: Processing chemistry no longer required.
